Digital Declaration form
Expenses may be claimed if they meet one of the following requirements:
● The expenses were incurred by board members in connection with board activities,
● The expenses were incurred by committee members in the context of committee work,
● Expenses were incurred by non-board members as part of expenses approved in advance by the Treasurer,
● Any advances and income in connection with expenses incurred will also be listed on this form.
Only complete mails with receipts will be considered. Note: Claims for different committees or activities should have clearly stated which expenses are for which committee/activity. The amount, once approved by the Treasurer, will be transferred to the specified account number within 14 days.
