Half-yearly GMM

The board of the Amsterdams Chemisch Dispuut would like to invite you to the Half-yearly General Meeting (Halfjaarlijkse ALV), which will take place on Thursday the 25th of January at 5.30 pm at the VU in room NU-3B07. The walk-in, as well as dinner, starts at 5 pm. All the relevant documents will be available on our website (in Dutch) by January 20th at the latest. It will also be possible to read these documents in the association rooms.
We would like to advise everyone to read all relevant documents carefully before the start of the meeting to avoid unnecessary questions and remarks. Of course, it is also possible to authorise someone to vote for you during the General Meeting by sending an email to the board with a scan of the authorization including a written signature and the date of the General Meeting, before the start of the General Meeting. It is also possible to hand in this authorization in person during one of the board shifts.
In case you would like to see specific subjects discussed, please let the board know in advance by sending an email to allow a thorough discussion of the subjects.
